Who we are

These terms govern the treatments of Linde Day Spa, KVK: 89214736, Amsterdam.

Reservations & cancellation

A reservation is final after our confirmation by email. Rescheduling or cancelling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment; after that we charge 50% of the treatment.

Prices & payment

All prices shown include VAT. You pay after your treatment at the spa.

Health

Mention sensitive skin, allergies, or pregnancy when booking — we adapt the treatment or advise a safe alternative.

Gift cards

Gift cards are personalised and valid for two years. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability

We work with care and natural products; our liability is limited to the value of the treatment.
